Barbara A. Labigalini

Barbara A. (Baker) Labigalini, 91, passed away peacefully on Saturday, January 13, 2024. Born in Springfield, she was the daughter of the late Oscar & Ethel (Stevenson) Baker.

Bobbie, as she was called, attended Sacred Heart Grammar School, and graduated from Cathedral High School. She was a longtime member of the former Italian Women's Club, serving as its corresponding secretary and then as its president.

During the summers, she loved going to Mark and David's camp in Wells, ME, where she would sit by the fire and share stories with their neighbors & friends.

Bobbie was preceded in death by her parents, husband of 57 years, John F. Labigalini, daughter Karen, sister Patricia Baker, sister-in-law Mary Capitanio & husband Francis, and sister-in-law Lena Labigalini.

Bobbie leaves behind her two sons, Mark F. Labigalini & wife Maureen (Everett) of Holyoke, and David M. Labigalini & husband Darren (Miller) of Brunswick, ME, along with 2 nieces & 2 nephews.

Bobbie's family would like to thank the staff at River Mills Assisted Living’s memory care, for their dedication to Bobbie, and the nursing staff at Baystate Medical Center on M5, for the exceptional care & comfort provided in her final days.
