Breana Giuliana Giordano, 29, passed away unexpectedly on October 2, 2021.
Born in Springfield, she was the beloved daughter of Alicia Elisabeth Powers of Granby, MA, and Rosario Giordano of Feeding Hills.
Breana always enjoyed life to the fullest, surrounded by family and friends who completely loved and adored her.
Breana loved all animals especially her loving dogs Zoe, Isabella, Honcho, Stevie, and her puppy-niece Stella. Breana loved the beach, hiking, the outdoors, traveling, shopping, and dining out with friends. She found much joy in helping others; always ready to embrace any new adventure life presented with a smile and spirit that lit up every room.
A 2014 graduate of Western New England University, with a Bachelor of Marketing, Breana went on to work for nearly 4 years at Market Mentors. She quickly grew her role at the agency and her hard work and dedication was always respected. At work, she was like family, and it was a place where she also formed many wonderful friendships. She was a loyal friend and teammate who cheered on everyone.
Breana was the most beautiful soul, inside and out and she brought light to all that she met. The best thing we can all do as we mourn the loss of a truly amazing person is to bring light to others, just as Bre would.
Along with her parents, words alone cannot express the loss that will be felt by Breana's stepmother, Tanya Giordano, brother, Giovanni Giordano, sisters, Sofia and Daniella Giordano, grandparents, John & Tina Giordano, “Pop” Joseph Parisi and so many beloved uncles & aunts, especially Uncle Joseph Parisi & Aunt Angela Parisi, Uncle Dimitri Powers, cousins, Giuseppe & Gaetano Parisi, extended family & friends, for many years to come.
Breana was loved by so many. To all her friends, especially to her boyfriend Campbell Marchant, and best friend Erin Bradley, just know how much she truly loved you.
Family and friends are invited to visit Thursday, October 7, 4-7 p.m. at Tazzini Funeral Home, 22 Locust Street in Springfield. Breana’s funeral service will begin Friday, 9 a.m. at the Funeral Home, proceeding to her 10 a.m. Liturgy of Christian Burial at Mt. Carmel Church. Burial will follow in Gate of Heaven Cemetery. Masks required at all.
In lieu of flowers, please consider a memorial contribution to Mt. Carmel Church or Shriners Hospital.

Bre, you were a shining light for many people. Loved, cherished, may you keep shining your light from heaven above, help those who you left behind find strength and peace as they go on in this world without you. May God hold you in the palm of his hands.
