Gregory King, 50, passed away much too soon, on January 23, 2021.
Born in Springfield, he was the son of his loving mother, Gail Couture, with whom he lived, and the late Wayne King.
Greg grew up in Agawam, graduating from Agawam High School in 1988. He worked in construction for 25 years. Greg was known for his love and kindness for all animals, but especially dogs.
Along with his mother Gail, Greg will be dearly missed by his beloved daughter, Desiree King of Chicopee, brothers, Richard of South Hadley & Scott Eisold of Gulfport, FL, several cherished aunts, uncles, nieces & nephews, and his furry friend, Lexie.
Gregory’s walk-through wake will be Friday afternoon, January 29, from 1-2:30 with a 2:30 Prayer service at Tazzini Funeral Home, 22 Locust St. in Springfield. His family hopes to keep all safe by also limiting the number of people inside at any one time, with no congregating or gathering inside the building. Masks and social distancing required. His funeral will be private.
