Natalino D. Zamboni, 83, passed away peacefully on November 12, 2019 surrounded by his loving family. A lifetime resident of Springfield, he was the son of the late Bortolo & Palmira (Modena) Zamboni of Italy.
Natalino was the consummate entrepreneurhaving partnered in Salvatore’s Restaurant for many years, then starting East Longmeadow Dry Wall, not to mention his bookkeeping and accounting skills. His greatest love, however, other than his beautiful wife of 66 years, Jacqueline (Baker), was his family, and most recently, taking care of his grandchildren & great grandchildren; they kept him young at heart.
Along with his wife Jacqueline, Natalino will be dearly missed by his sons Daniel of Springfield, Dino & wife Susan of Wilbraham, and John of Chicopee; daughters Donna of Wilbraham, Joanne Middleton & husband David of CA, and Jeanna Casey & husband Herald of Chicopee; sister Antoinette Sweeney of Chicopee; and his dearest 12 grandchildren & 7 great grandchildren. Sadly, he was predeceased by his brother Raymond.
Friends & family are invited to visit at Tazzini Funeral Home, 22 Locust St. in Springfield, Sunday, November 17 from 2-4 p.m. Out of respect for his wishes, Natalino’s funeral services will be private.
