Mary DeMary, 70, passed away January 7, 2020. Born in New York City in 1949, she was the daughter of Miguel & Cruz (Garcia) Lopez.
Mary started her professional life with Citibank, later changing careers to work for many years for the Board of Education.She resided in Florida before moving to Springfield in the summer of 2019.
Mary enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren, playing her crossword & wordfind puzzles, and enjoyed her occasional lottery & scratch tickets. She was continuously welcoming to new family members & friends; and she had a deep love for all of her brothers, sisters, extended familymembers and friends.
Friends & family are invited to visit Thursday, January 16th, from 12-1 at Tazzini Funeral Home, 22 Locust St., in Springfield, proceeding to MA Veterans’ Memorial Cemetery in Agawam for her 2 p.m. funeral service.
