Pauline J. Innarelli


Pauline Josephine (Rueli) Innarelli, 88, passed away peacefully at Mercy Medical Center on May 23, 2021. Born in Springfield, she was the youngest of 11 children of the late Francesco and Josephine (Romeo) Rueli.

After graduating from Springfield Technical High School, Pauline was employed by Monarch Life Insurance Company, then for many years by the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.

She married the love of her life in 1957 and together started a family. She enjoyed time spent with not only her own, but with her entire extended family as well. She went on many family vacations with her young family and continued to enjoy traveling after her retirement.

She was an exceptional cook and had a love for music and dancing, often the last one on the dance floor. She was a communicant of Our Lady of Mount Carmel Church in Springfield and participated in many fundraising events at the Springfield Lodge of Elks.

She was predeceased by her beloved husband of 60 years, Albert Vincent Innarelli, brothers, Joseph, Thomas, Carmino, John, James & Frank, and sisters, Mary, Katherine, and Anna.

She is survived by her sons, Albert V. Innarelli, Jr., and Dino Innarelli & wife Bernice, grandchildren, Dino Innarelli, Jr. & wife Cortney, Edward Innarelli & wife Kristen, Arianna Innarelli, Albert V. Innarelli, III and Marie Innarelli, great-grandchildren, Giovanni & Nico Innarelli, and her brother, Armando.

Family and friends are invited to Pauline’s Liturgy of Christian Burial, Friday, May 28, 10 a.m. at Our Lady of Mount Carmel Church. Masks and social distancing required.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Alzheimer's Association, P.O. Box 96011, Washington, DC 20090-6011.
